NCCR TN Recruitment 2026 for Project Scientist-III, Project Scientist-II & Project Scientist-I Posts

National Centre for Coastal Research (NCCR), an attached office of the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India, has announced recruitment for 4 Project Scientist posts under the Mission Mausam programme. The recruitment includes 1 Project Scientist-III, 1 Project Scientist-II and 2 Project Scientist-I vacancies. Candidates with First Class Master’s degrees in Geoinformatics, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Remote Sensing, Computer Science or Computer Applications, or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology can apply depending on the post, along with prescribed experience where required. The positions are temporary and contractual, with selected candidates liable to be posted in Chennai, Tamil Nadu; Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh; or anywhere in India.
