Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, under the Ministry of Railways, has announced 1,010 Act Apprentice vacancies for Fresher and Ex-ITI candidates under Notification No. APP/01/2026-2027. The recruitment covers Carpenter, Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Painter, Welder, MLT-Radiology, MLT-Pathology and PASAA trades, with 330 vacancies for Freshers and 680 for Ex-ITI candidates. Depending on the category and trade, candidates require Class 10, Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, or Class 10 with the relevant ITI/NTC qualification. The apprenticeship carries a monthly stipend of ₹8,200 to ₹9,600. Online applications started on 8 August 2026 and can be submitted until 7 September 2026 at 5:30 PM.

Upload a recent passport-size photograph in the prescribed JPG/JPEG format.
Pay the ₹100 processing fee online if applicable to your category.
Review the application carefully and submit it before 5:30 PM on 7 September 2026.

Generate and print the acknowledgement form and retain it for document verification.
