The Central Institute of Classical Tamil (CICT), Chennai, has announced CICT Recruitment 2026 to fill 6 Associate Professor vacancies on a regular basis. The recruitment is being conducted for various academic disciplines including Linguistics, Translation, Manuscriptology, Art & Architecture, School of Languages & Language Education, and Lexicography. Candidates holding a Master’s Degree with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline along with the required teaching, research, and publication experience are eligible to apply.
