TMB Recruitment 2026 for Probationary Officer Posts via Manipal PGDBSO Program

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB), in partnership with UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI, has announced the TMB Ace Bankers Program 2026, a unique training and recruitment initiative for the post of Probationary Officer (designated as Senior Customer Service Executive – SCSE). Graduates with 60% or more in any discipline can apply online. The program includes classroom training, internship, and on-the-job training, followed by absorption into TMB with a CTC of ₹8.64 LPA. Online registration is open now for candidates willing to work across select states in India.
