Southern Railway Recruitment 2025 For 14 Scouts and Guides

Southern Railway has released the official notification for Scouts and Guides Quota Recruitment 2025-26 under Employment Notice No. RRC-01/S&G/2025/26. A total of 14 vacancies are available for Level-1 posts, including 12 vacancies in Southern Railway and 2 in Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai. This recruitment is exclusively open to candidates who hold Scouts and Guides qualifications and have actively participated in scouting activities at the national, state, or railway levels. The online application process will be open until 29th September 2025.

2. Click on the link for “Scouts and Guides Quota 2025-26”.
3. Register with your active email ID and mobile number.
4. Complete the application form with personal, educational, and scouting-related details.
5. Upload required documents including:
   • Educational qualifications
   • Proof of date of birth
   • Caste certificate (if applicable)
   • Scouts/Guides achievement certificates
   • Colour photograph and signature
6. Pay the applicable application fee through the online payment gateway.
7. Submit the application before 29th September 2025 (23:59 hrs).
8. Download and print the submitted application for your reference.
