Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB), in partnership with UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI, has announced the TMB Ace Bankers Program 2026, a unique training and recruitment initiative for the post of Probationary Officer (designated as Senior Customer Service Executive – SCSE). Graduates with 60% or more in any discipline can apply online. The program includes classroom training, internship, and on-the-job training, followed by absorption into TMB with a CTC of ₹8.64 LPA.
